Additional information regarding these limitations may be provided in Matrix's separate Disclaimer.
04PRIVATE CLIENT APPLICATIONS
The Website allows prospective clients to submit a Private Client Application.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance; does not obligate Matrix to offer services; does not obligate the applicant to become a client; does not establish a client relationship; and does not constitute an agreement by Matrix to provide services.
Matrix retains discretion to determine whether an applicant appears to be an appropriate fit for its services, subject to applicable law.
Applicants agree to provide information that is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge.
Information submitted through the application is handled in accordance with the Matrix Privacy Policy.
